The spring 2009 edition of Interoperability Technology Today features a front-page spotlight on San Francisco’s Chief of Police, Heather Fong, and the strides towards interoperability she has pioneered for emergency responders throughout her city. The spring edition also reports on OASIS’s recent adoption of EDXL HAVE and RM standards, as well as the 10th anniversary of Utah’s Communications Agency Network.
